To the wonderful Staff at Majestic Ranch,
This letter is a small token of our appreciation for all of your hard work. Sending our son Justin there was the toughtest decision we have ever made. I went to Utah to visith the Ranch while my husband stayed at home with the boys so that Justin wouldn’t know what was really going on. While I was there, everyone I came into contact with was warm and wonderful. Since Justin has been there, we have dealt with several staff and they have all been great. We only had one child to deal with and you have sixty plus children with similar behavior issues. We have found all of the staff to be understanding, patient, and very compassionate. It is evident to us that our son is with people who truly love kids and have the rare ability to see past the behavior and provide them with the guidance and support they need until they are ready to come home. We are forever in your debt.
Sincerely,
Mike and Deann Risner

Dear Wayne, Peggie, and Majestic Ranch Staff,
Our son Nicholas has been at your facility for over two months now and we’d like to say how positive we feel about you and your program. From day one you folks have been professional, caring and focused on the needs of our son. His monther and I have undertaken the process of change and realize how difficult change can be. We take comfort in knowing that Nick is in good hands and is receiving positive, steady and professional guidance down the road of change. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for all you do and for your committment to the program.
Sincerely,
Dan and Lorna Olberding

To the Staff at Majestic Ranch,
I want to thank you for giving of your time and effort to make a difference in the life of my son Brett. Although he is still a Level 1 after 4 months, through his letters home, I can see and feel a difference in his attitude. I know that he still has a long way to go and with your help he can make it. Although we now have a new rep, I am certain there will still be the same caring and giving attitude you have shown from day 1. Thank you for all your hard work and effort for all the kids!

Majestic Ranch Academy:
We are sending you this letter of gratitude for the efforts and support you offer our child and the other children in the facility. We give thanks for a more often than not thankless service. We know how hard it is to be patient with one child and you are working with many more than one and you should know that your efforts are supported and appreciated. Please tell the children in the program and especially Tyrell that there [are] loving caring people at home who are working to learn how to provide the same structure, love, and support you provide daily for them. We also want you to know that the kids in the program do appreciate you even though they more than likely do not show or tell that to you. Thanks for giving of yourselves for the benefit and growth of our family.
Thanks,
Tony Robinson

Dear Majestic Ranch Academy Staff:
We would like to thank you all for your help in educating our daughter Toni. She was transported there on 19 Jul 06. As of now she is making significant transofrmations. Her school grades have improved remarkably. Her attitude and respect for others has made her a pleasure to be around. We are looking forward to seeing her at PC1 to Observe the changes firsthand. For all your hard work, time, and patience, we thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts.
